HELLO! I'M CINTHIA....
I live just east of Denver on 35 acres with my husband and our family. Over my career, I spent 34 years in aerospace and defense leading information technology professionals, mentoring leaders, and helping teams perform at a high level.
Along the way, my husband and I also spent 10 years doing therapeutic foster care, which was some of the most meaningful work we've ever done.
In addition to my corporate career, we have started and sold several small businesses including a pie business, craft soda business, carpet cleaning business - all sold for a profit. We have always loved building things, improving systems, helping people grow, and creating opportunities instead of waiting for them.
But, like many people later in their careers, I found myself ready - and unexpectedly required - to rethink what came next.

WHEN THINGS CHANGED:
Even with a successful career and leadership roles, I began to realize I was still trading time for money - helping build someone else's organization instead of my own future. I loved mentoring and leading, but also knew that if I stayed on the same path, my time and income would always be tied to a role, a company, and a timeline I didn't fully control.
At the same time, life was asking something different of me personally. Family had always been a priority - but now it required a different type of flexibility and control over how I spent my time. I wanted the ability to show up fully for the people I love without constantly negotiating my schedule.
At that stage of my career, it wasn't as simple as just changing jobs. Jobs at that level come with tradeoffs - timelines, and limited flexibility. Around that same time, I was unexpectedly let go. It wasn't something I had planned, but it made things very clear. I wasn't just exploring what might be next - I needed to decide.
I also knew I didn't want to invest that level of effort into something that didn't reflect the level of compensation I had built my career around.
I wanted more control over my time, more flexibility with my family, and the ability to build something that belonged to me and could grow over time. I had tried different small businesses and business models, including a few that promised leverage and flexibility. Some worked - but most still required me to be there constantly.
I didnt want to just own another job. I wanted to build something that could grow beyond me and create opportunities for others too.
So, I started looking for a different kind of opportunity - one where I could use my leadership and mentoring experience in a new way, while building something of my own.
A DIFFERENT WAY FORWARD:
I've always been drawn to personal growth - learning, improving, and finding better ways to lead and live. But at some point, I realized that more information alone wasn't creating the kind of change I was looking for.
During this season where I was rethinking what came next, I came across a different approach - one that combined personal development with a practical way to build something of my own.
So I leaned in.
I began to think differently, sought out the right guidance, and surrounded myself with people who were building lives that looked different - more flexible, more aligned, and not tied to one location or schedule.
That's when things started to shift. Not overnight - but in a way that was steady, intentional, and real.
It gave me a path to use my experience differently - while building something that supports the life I want to live.

WHAT I BUILT:
The business that I started is the business that I run today.
It's built around personal development and practical tools - but more importantly, around helping people think differently about who they are, how they work, how they use their time, and what they build going forward.
It isn't tied to a single location or schedule, which gives me the flexibility to work from wherever I am and structure my time in a way that fits my life.
Most of my time is spent working with people from different backgrounds as they explore building something of their own.
For me, it's a way to use everything I've learned in a new context while building something that continues to grow over time as well as doing work that truly matters.
